I’ve been wanting to try Soule to Soule for a while and it exceeded our expectations. The jerk shrimps were a perfect appetizer to start - good blend of spice and shrimp cooked to perfection, then we tried honey drizzled chicken which was crispy and tender and fried catfish, the crust was super crisp and not oily at all! Selection of sides was fantastic - mash potato and cream corn were my absolute winners. The restaurant is cozy and quite intimate set up, the service was good and staff took good care of us. Absolutely outstanding! I had the pleasure of dining here with a party of 16, for my wifes birthday and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured that our large group was well taken care of. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Despite our party size, our food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly timed. I ordered the lamb chops surf and turf and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone in our group raved about their meals, from the fried chicken to the mac and cheese, and cornbread. It’s clear that this restaurant takes pride in its food and hospitality. If you're looking for authentic, mouthwatering soul food with excellent service, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This was my first time in Chicago and I’m so glad I found Soule to Soule through Instagram! I ordered the Surf & Turf Pasta and it was absolutely amazing!! The pasta was so creamy and flavorful, packed with shrimp and the lamb chop was cooked to perfectly. The vibe here is unmatched!! Great music, beautiful decor, and such a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Tre was so sweet, friendly, and attentive, along with the rest of the staff. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Chicago!
